1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bmw 33 platform and all services connected to it. "Platform" refers to the bmw 33 website, mobile application and other digital channels.

These Terms form a binding agreement between the user ("you") and the organisation operating the bmw 33 platform ("we" or "the Platform"). Accessing the platform or using any of its services means you agree to abide by these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Definitions

2 Account and Registration

Opening a valid account is required to use services on bmw 33. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. The platform reserves the right to close any account if false or incomplete information is provided.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately. The user is responsible for any loss arising from failure to protect their account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawal requests or transactions above a certain amount, bmw 33 may request the necessary documents from the user for identity verification. If documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age and Eligibility

A national identity card or birth registration certificate may be requested to verify age at the time of registration. If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be returned.

The user confirms that they are eligible to use this type of service under the laws of Bangladesh.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on bmw 33 is ৳500. Deposits must be made through the accepted mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to complete. Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.

4.2 Payment Verification

Before a withdrawal request is approved, sufficient account balance, completion of bonus wagering requirements and identity verification are confirmed. If conditions are not met, the request may be held pending.

4.3 Incorrect Transactions

If funds are credited to an account incorrectly due to a technical error, bmw 33 reserves the right to correct this. Using incorrectly credited funds will be treated as an irregular transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bmw 33 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total account balance of ৳2,200.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must complete bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. A bonus can never be withdrawn directly as cash — it is for gameplay only.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• It is not possible to use more than one bonus at the same time.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to benefit by circumventing the conditions, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members of the bmw 33 VIP programme receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The weekly cashback rates are: up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver level, 0.6% at Gold level and 0.8% at Platinum level. Example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets on bmw 33 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. If an abnormal outcome occurs due to a technical fault in the game or betting software, the platform reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or bet.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting markets for cricket, football or other sports are governed by specific rules. If a match is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. In the case of multi-bets, if any one selection fails, the entire bet will be lost.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots

Results in live casino games and slots are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Each game is entirely independent — previous results do not affect future results.

6.3 Disconnection

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the system log. If you need to raise a claim in such a situation, please contact the support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw 33 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any automated software, bot or script to place bets or operate games.
• Misusing bonuses by any means, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Accessing or hacking another user's account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any activity intended to harass or harm other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bmw 33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, in particular:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud are found.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If the user is found to be a minor.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, there is no obligation to return the balance. If the account is closed for a standard reason, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bmw 33 platform makes every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service. However, the platform will have no legal liability in the following situations:

• Service disruption caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• Force majeure — earthquakes, floods, cyberattacks or other uncontrollable events.
• The user's own negligence or leakage of account credentials.

In the event of any dispute, the platform's system logs and database records will be treated as final evidence.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

User data is not sold to any third party. However, information may be shared with authorities when required by law or for the purpose of investigating fraud.

11 Changes to Terms

bmw 33 reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you agree to the new terms. If you object to any change, you may stop using the service and request account closure.
